What is the meaning when of well being?
In simple terms, well-being can be described as judging life positively & feeling good.
For public health purposes, physical well-being (e.g., feeling very healthy and full of energy) is also viewed as critical to overall well-being.

Doodle' is a key resource in the 'Trick Box Programme' which Jumping Jellybeans presents to children during a weekly 'Circle Time' and which flows into all our everyday activities. It's purpose is to support children to develop the life skills needed to:-
